General Betting Terms

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled; however, Cash Out May be used when the offer is available.
• Pre-match bets must be placed before the scheduled start time.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time; the odds at the moment of bet submission are final.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with hi999's established rules.
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, the bet will be settled using the remaining legs.

Maximum Win Limit

Maximum winnings per single bet BDT 50,00,000 onwards. This limit may differ for accumulator bets, and hi999 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

To ensure a fair and equal environment for all hi999 members, the following activities are strictly Prohibited:

• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts (Bonus Abuse)
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information
• Using software, bots, or automation to place bets
• Arbitrage betting or exploiting system vulnerabilities
• Hacking or unauthorized access to another user's account
• Money laundering or illegal transactions
• Misconduct or threats directed at hi999 staff

If found to be involved in any of the above activities, hi999 will immediately close the account, forfeit all balances and winnings, and take legal action if necessary.

Hi999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a terms violation,
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• By order of a court or regulatory authority
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion)

Inactive Account Fee

Consecutive 12 Months If no transactions are recorded, the account will be marked as inactive and a monthly BDT 200 A maintenance fee will be deducted. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be automatically closed.

Hi999 always strives to deliver a reliable service; however, hi999's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Bets or transactions lost due to internet disconnection

• Natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen events
• Unauthorized account access resulting from the user's own negligence

Hi999 reserves the right to cap the maximum compensation payable under any circumstances and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
